EXPERIENCEDESCRIPTION: One year of experience as a pharmacy technician ispreferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: High School diploma or equivalent isrequired. Graduate of an accredited pharmacy technician training programis preferred. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Exceptional customer serviceand communication skills. Detail oriented. Experience with variouscomputer systems and programs. LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: Certification as aPharmacy Technician (CPhT) through passing the Pharmacy TechnicianCertification Boards exam (PTCE) or the National HealthcareerAssociations exam (ExCPT) is required within 6 months of hire.
