Expected salary range of $77,400 to $86,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Responsible for implementing performance improvement programs, which may include Correction Action Process (CAP), Self-Assessment, Benchmarking, Operating Experience, Safety Culture, NSRB and/or various INPO related activities. Perform implementation of individual Performance Improvement Program processes and any associated activities including the improvement of these tools. Continuously improve performance improvement program execution to increase efficiency and results of the program and ensure effective identification, screening, analysis, resolution, implementation and measurement of performance issues. Prepare site performance data and adverse trends using observations, CAP, self-assessment, benchmarking, OPEX, and performance indicator data.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible for implementing performance improvement programs and providing support and oversight of those programs
Perform Trending Analysis - Prepare site performance data and adverse trends using observations, CAP, self-assessment, benchmarking, OPEX, and performance indicator data.
Lead CAP investigations and support IR reviews
Manage performance indicator and response to trends
Prepare packages to support PI meetings
Innovation and projects - as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS for Mid-level E02 Performance Improvement Specialist
BS in Technical discipline with 2 years relevant experience Or High School Diploma with 6 years relevant experience Or Associates Degree with 4 years relevant experience
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS for Senior E03 Performance Improvement Specialist
BS in Technical discipline with 5 years relevant experience or High School Diploma with 9 years relevant experience or Associates Degree with 7 years relevant experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in PI/OR Programs
Previous SRO license/certification
