　　Seeking a Per Diem Float Pharmacist to perform professional duties and responsibilities associated with the processing of prescriptions. Opportunity to cover shifts at pharmacy locations in Baxter, MN, St. Cloud, MN and Duluth, MN. More shifts available if willing to travel to other locations as well. Pharmacy hours are generally Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm.

　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　Distributes drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners

　　Provides information to customers about medications and their use

　　Focuses on providing a superior level of customer service

　　Ensures compliance with all relevant laws of the applicable State Board of Pharmacy

　　Administration of immunizations as allowed by State Boards of Pharmacy

　　Any other usual and customary pharmacy duties

　　Required Qualifications:

　　BA or PharmD in Pharmacy

　　Current pharmacist license in state of Minnesota

　　Some or flexible availability during the week

　　Access to reliable transportation
