Job Description

　　Insight Global is looking for a PCB Designer to join the fastest growing fibre telecom corporation in the world. This resource will integrate with the team, and will be assigned blocks of the design to capture schematics. This resource will work alongside the card prime, software and FPGA and teams to deliver a net-new card our client is looking to release next year. This resource should have in-depth experience working with a reputable hardware organization, and should be familiar with the same toolsets and similar PCB (circuit board / circuit pack) design processes our client follows. It is important to note that this resource will be following specific requirements around highspeed signal integrity, and should therefore have a high-sense of familiarity and knowledge of highspeed, schematic design.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　-Design history with CPU's, DDR3+, PCIe, FLASH memory technology as well as the low-level HW implementation in terms of high-speed SerDes

　　-Detailed knowledge of high-speed design and transmission line theory.

　　-Understanding of design requirements for communications protocols (I2C, SPI, PCIe, USB).

　　-Ability to parse and implement designs from Vendor component datasheets

　　-Demonstrated use of Schematic Capture and Layout tools, such as Cadence Concept and Allegro

　　-Minimum 8 years experience in lab measurement techniques and test equipment null
