The PCA Program Director is responsible for the day to day coordinationand management of the Personal Care Attendant (PCA) program and servicesoffered by the agency. This includes supervisory oversight of theagency\'s direct service staff members. This is a senior leadershipposition within the organization. The PCA program is funded byMassHealth and provides services to consumers with physical disabilitieswho are in need of hands on care to complete activities of daily living.This program is essential to independence for people with physicaldisabilities. The PCA Program Director works closely with MassHealth,Tempus, and other external stakeholders to ensure that contractualobligations are met. The position is based in the agency\'s Pittsfieldoffice but involves travel throughout Berkshire County and providesservices in the consumers home. Essential Functions: Work closely withstate officials, agency leadership, and PCM staff to ensure qualityservices are provided in compliance with contractual obligations;complete required reports on time; create and implement systems andprocedures for programmatic operations; facilitation of internalcommunication; staff training, mediation, and progressive supervision.This position is full-time exempt (salaried) position 40 hours (1 hourpaid lunch daily) and 75% of work takes place in the Pittsfield officeor in the community. This position requires travel with personalvehicle, home visits (ascending/descending stairs), electronic andwritten documentation, and ability to understand MassHealth rules andregulations. Primary working hours are 9am-5pm M-F. Qualifications: ABachelor\'s degree in social work, human services, healthcare,psychology, or a related field with seven years\' experience working inthe human service field preferably with people with disabilities. Fiveyears of supervisory/management experience is required. Master\'s degreepreferred. An appropriate combination of education and experience willbe considered. Salary \$60,000- \$65,000 #ESpriority
