Description:

　　Payroll/Tax Administrator position multi-state and multiple companies.

　　Must be advanced in Excel with VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and needs to know how to manipulate data and formulas in excel.

　　Importing and validating of time data, batch reconciliations

　　Data entry and validation of tax date

　　Scan payroll for multi-companies

　　State, federal, and local tax and ability to make calculations

　　Assist in distributing paychecks as needed

　　Process garnishments

　　Verify employment of employees

　　Report prep and monthly billings

　　Prepare ACH payments/ call in bank validations

　　Assist with ADP billing and reconciliations

　　Employment verifications.

　　Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing data.

　　Must know multi-state tax with a minimum of 20 states

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Bachelors Degree Required

　　Advanced in Excel

　　Proficient in Workday, ADP, and Kronos
