　　Schedule - Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

　　The Payment Desk Specialist is responsible for handling in-person customer payments via cash, check, or credit card at the Pittsburgh Parking Court 240 4th Ave. Pittsburgh PA 15222 location. This position requires the ability to handle customer escalations, large volume cash handling, and a professional demeanor.

　　Responsibilities

　　Customer Service Maintain professional appearance and demeanor for in-person customer interactions

　　Answers general customer questions regarding payment options based upon their unique account identification information

　　Responsible for closing and securing the payment lobby at the time designated by the company

　　Cash Handling Receives and counts payments from customers in person

　　Responsible to secure monies in cash drawer and/or location vault

　　Provide change and balance cash drawer

　　Track and archive payment transactions and account notes

　　Deposit Reconciliation Balance cash drawer

　　Reconcile daily work

　　Create deposit and work with vendors to send to the bank and/or Corporate office

　　Complete reports for Daily activity

　　MINUMUM REQUIREMENTS:

　　High School Diploma Required

　　One year of experience in handling payments

　　PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Experience with Auto-process

　　Experience with cash handling

　　Experience with cash drawer reconciliation
