Part Time - Working 20-25 hours/week
Description:
Generate and distribute accurate and timely customer invoices.
Ensure adherence to billing policies and contractual terms.
Reconcile payments to outstanding receivables.
Proactively follow up on overdue accounts and implement collection strategies.
Collaborate with clients to resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to facilitate timely payments.
Address customer inquiries related to invoices, payments, and account balances.
Regularly reconcile accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Investigate and resolve any billing or payment discrepancies.
Prepare and analyze regular reports on accounts receivable aging.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving the collections process.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
Stay informed about industry regulations impacting accounts receivable.
Sharing common office tasks such as (but not limited to): answering phones, receiving
material, maintaining office supplies, distributing PO’s, etc.

Accounts receivable, QuickBooks, Accounting, Reconciliation
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with AR or similar role
2-3 years experience with QuickBooks
Familiar with lERP systems
Strong understanding of Accounting
