　　JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Responsible for the general cleanliness and sanitation of the facility

　　Periodically tours facility and grounds, examine doors, windows, and ensure proper working order

　　Reports any unusual conditions or malfunction of heating, plumbing, and electrical systems or any other incidents to the Maintenance Director

　　Reports in communication log and to manage any incidents

　　Other duties as needed

　　QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Ability to interact with the Residents with respect and dignity

　　Ability to multi task

　　Prior experience as a Porter/Housekeeper in an Assisted Living Facility a BIG PLUS
