  Financing the future.

We are more than Financial Services as we are turning ideas into reality. Be it the global transition to cleaner energy sources, the digitalization of manufacturing, the rapid development of smart infrastructure, mobility solutions and healthcare systems - financing is more crucial than ever. We make real what matters by combining our financial expertise with deep technical know-how to provide unique financial solutions. Do you want to play an essential role in helping build a better future? Are you also keen on turning established thinking on its head in the search for game-changing solutions that maximize value creation? Then join our team and let’s develop together what will be important tomorrow!

  You’ll create impact by:

You will initially work alongside senior originators, marketing the Siemens Bank Corporate and Leveraged Finance ("CLE") offering to sponsors, debt advisers, arranging banks and other lenders.

In co-ordination with senior originators, you identify, originate, structure, negotiate and execute individual transactions with a size of € 10m to € 50m across Europe (very strong focus on deal origination and in particular execution capabilities).

Develop customer and transaction specific solutions and structures for transactions

Negotiate with international customers, sponsors and advisers (structure of transaction, facility documentation including collateral, covenants, pricing etc.) and successfully close transactions.

The presentation of transactions and their individual risk-return profiles to the Head of Origination and Head of Risk and, where applicable, to the CEO of Debt and the Siemens Bank Credit Committee.

Interaction with colleagues and partners in an international environment

You will build on your existing expertise, including:

Relevant experience including experience in client facing roles (Origination and Execution).

Profound knowledge in structured, corporate and acquisition finance transactions and demonstrable credit knowledge and experience of preparing credit papers most likely acquired through credit training programme and/or credit department experience.

You are an expert in risk assessment, rating and credit analysis as well as in asset evaluation and management.

Key to success is the ability to balance the demands of risk and growth.

The successful candidate will above all demonstrate the leadership, capacity and tenacity to grow into the senior originator role.

  What can we offer?

Performance-Based Bonus: Enjoy an annual bonus linked to the company's performance

Flexible Working Hours: Achieve a healthy work-life balance with our flexible working arrangements

Pension Plan: Secure your future with our generous pension scheme, with employer contributions up to 10%.

Time Off: Recharge and rejuvenate with 26 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays), and the option to buy or sell an additional 5 days.

Private Healthcare – Free BUPA plan, plus subsidised healthcare for immediate family members

We value your unique identity and perspective and are fully committed to providing equal opportunities and building a workplace that reflects the diversity of society. Come bring your authentic self and create a better tomorrow with us! Please let us know if you require any reasonable adjustments to enable you to participate in the recruitment process.
