Resource identification and management. Design,planning, and administration. Learner identification and management TeamMetalTek Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in organizationaldevelopment, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relatedfield; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience inorganizational development, talent management, and leadershipdevelopment preferably in a manufacturing setting. Strong understandingof the creation, planning, and execution of succession planningstrategies, preferably in environments with multi-tiered positionlevels. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with theability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.Strategic thinker with the ability to align organizational developmentinitiatives with overall business objectives. Proven experiencemaximizing HRIS for learning and development purposes. Proven experiencedeveloping training content preferred. Training certifications, SPHR,SHRM, etc. preferred. Familiarity with DISC behavioral profilespreferred.
