  You Are:

  A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your human superpower? Using your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring Oracle solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of Oracle as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

  The Work:

  Design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll applications.

  Work with Client teams to gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements.

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and optimize business processes within Core HR and Payroll Applications, including conversions, integrations, fast formulas, updating tables, etc.

  Provide expertise and guidance, gather detailed requirements, and translate them into system configurations.

  Create functional and technical design documents.

  Facilitates design workshops for Payroll management with business stakeholders to understand business requirements; demonstrates understanding of business needs and recommend robust design.

  Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out talent management offering powered by Oracle Cloud.

  Lead teams to design, set-up, test, and deploy Oracle Talent Cloud and ensure that all the pieces work together in an integrated environment.

  Guide the testing cycles teams as well as perform cutover activities as required for go-live preparation

  Plan and organize tasks and report progress on the track/deliverables.

  Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

  What You Need:

  Certified in Cloud HCM applications, and Payroll module.

  Minimum of 5 years’ of experience in Oracle Payroll Cloud

  Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Performance management, Profiles, career development, succession management areas

  Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle Payroll Cloud implementations

  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

  Bonus Points If:

  Knowledge in Touchpoints and Oracle ME

  Experience at managing a team and delivering projects.

  Have good Cross-Functional exposure to other HCM modules

  Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.

  Role Location Annual Salary Range

  California $73,000 to $192,600

  Colorado $73,000 to $166,400

  New York $67,600 to $192,600

  Washington $77,700 to $177,200
