Oracle Analyst Associate

　　As part of the IT Supply Chain Support team, you will provide front-line support for our growing Supply Chain operations through Oracle Fusion Cloud apps, on-prem EBS, Custom applications, and more to help ensure our business partners continued success.

　　What will you be doing?

　　The individual we are looking to hire will work with the team of analysts and developers to support and enhance the on-prem and cloud Oracle systems. They will be required to learn our business processes and procedures, participate in meetings with business stakeholders globally, design meetings, and tech meetings, perform proof of concept as and when needed, and get fully involved in all aspects of delivering solutions to the business. Also, this person will be required to test various applications, conduct UAT as necesary, and work with the team to deploy the technical components in production.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Participate in the support of existing Supply Chain applicationsParticipate in strategic improvements to the operational resiliency and scalability.Provide Application solutions across different Oracle Application Technologies and custom platforms for supply chain operations.Analyze data flow within the Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud and various boundary and custom web applications to identify solutionsWork with their technical counterparts to provide functional details of ask and work with them to deliver a technical solution.Test end-to-end solutions to ensure complete satisfaction of internal and external usersCreate training documents, QA flows and work instructions so that solutions developed can be used by end users.

　　Relevant Skills:

　　0-3 years of experience in performing business or system analysis.Bachelors, Masters or MBA degree preferably in computer science or Management Information System or Supply ChainAbility to understand user requirements and translate that into technical requirements.Fundamental understanding of SQL and PL/SQL and relational database.Experience or understanding of object-oriented programmingKnowledge of Oracle Inventory or other supply chain modules will be preferredAbility to work and collaborate with business and cross-functional teams.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.Experience and or knowledge of Agile Methodology is a big plus.Good presentation and communication skills.Ability to be self-directed and self-motivatedAbility to be innovative, have outside-the-box creativity, and present alternative ideasTo be a good active listener and communicator
