Job Description
Operation Level I (Production) leads a team of operators in the efficient and quality driven packaging of clinical trial materials.
Qualifications
Takes a leadership role in the packaging roomsAssigns operators to work stations and oversees their workIssues and reconciles clinical trial materialsCompletes batch documentation in accordance with good documentation practicesAdheres to all approved standard operating proceduresCompletes all required inventory transactions in the ERP systemCollaborates with other departments to resolve issues in a timely fashionCross trains as requiredTrains operators and staff assigned to packaging roomStays up to date on SOP trainingMaintains a clean and safe work environmentCompletes all required log booksPerforms room cleans when requiredKeeps open line of communication with management teamTakes part in process improvementTrains new packaging specialistPerforms any other assigned tasks as required
Proven work experience, preferably in a GMP area
Proficiency in Microsoft word, and experience with ERP preferableGood organizational and time management skillsAbility to list objects up to 50lbsAbility to stand for extended periods of timeAbility to work in cold conditions when requiredAdditional Information
