The Associate Manager, On-Premise Brand Experience will report to the Director, On-Premise Brand Experience and will play a large role in executing the on-premise brand experience strategy for Buffalo Wild Wings across the entire guest journey. This role will be involved in the development of ideas through execution, and will work cross-functionally on all programs to bring plans to life inside the sports bar.
This role requires strategic thinking, strong attention to detail, strong project management skills, and extreme comfort working in a cross functional setting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with key cross-functional partners in executing the on-premise vision and strategy
Lead development and program management of on-premise specific programming throughout the year
Support Director with rollout of strategic initiatives to execute the long-term vision for the on-premise business
Help define guidelines for sports bar VIBE (audio, visual, lighting, atmosphere, etc.) and work with training team to implement in-bar
Evaluate and evolve overall on-premise gaming platforms (trivia, sports betting, free-to-play games, physical game units, etc.)
Manage cross-functional processes to ensure flawless go-to-market execution of ancillary dine-in programs (NFL Draft, Fantasy Football, etc.)
Help team evaluate dine-in value strategy, by exploring, testing, and implementing new offers or offer platforms
Manage monthly UFC Pay-Per-View program (partner management, creative development, sports bar signups, etc.)
Monitor sales and other brand KPIs to diagnose trends
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Required Minimum (include licenses or certification): 4 year degree or equivalent experience
2-4 years in marketing, project management, or restaurant industry
Strong cross-functional team communication skills
A strong interest in learning, and the ability to pick up new concepts quickly
Strategically minded marketer with strong business acumen
Professional, proactive, and open-minded approach to marketing with creative problem-solving skills
Project management experience with ability to drive on time delivery
Good understanding of a brand’s DNA, including market size, competitive positioning, and target consumer segments
Experience with MS office suite (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
