Job Description

　　Insight Global's top Pharmaceutical client is seeking a Sr. Change Management Consultant to support their Global Development org on a CTMS and Financials Software Implementation. The organization is in need of a Change Management champion to provide organizational readiness, change management, communication, and training expertise. The Consultant will be partnering with the SMEs and internal stakeholders to architect change management strategy. They will participate and lead kickoff meetings, develop communication and training material, identify adoption roadblocks, and provide key insights on process improvement. This group will need the consultant to hit the ground running so knowledge of the Clinical Trials software and associated terminology is preferred. The consultant will be brought on to provide expertise through the duration of this multi-year contract.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　10+ years in OCM (Organizational Change Management) consulting, communication, and business readiness

　　Life Science and ideally Pharmaceutical industry experience. Knowledge of Global Development, Clinical Trials terminology and nomenclature preferred

　　Experience leading change management activity for a large scale technology implementation

　　Expertise in internal communication, training development, training-the-trainer, etc.

　　Experience in presenting to executive level stakeholders

　　Experience managing interdependencies stemming from multiple matrixed workstreams and cross-functional group Prosci certification

　　CTMS Implementation Experience

　　Pharma Payments software Implementation Experience null
