Your day.
As a Nurse Practitioner inyou'll provide top-notch care and patientexperience. Throughout the day you'll collaborate with knowledgeablePhysicians
You will provide coverage at multiple practice venue options: inpatienthospice unit, inpatient hospital palliative care consultative service,palliative care at home, palliative care in ambulatory clinic, homehospice (IDT, home visits/F2F visits)
Your experience.
