　　Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in providing seamless IT network support and optimization? ALTA IT is seeking a proactive Network Administrator with expertise in implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of robust IT networks. As a Network Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations, monitoring, and resolution of network architecture and device-related issues.

　　What You’ll Do:

　　Identify, diagnose, and resolve Tier 2 and Tier 3 network problems promptly.

　　Effectively communicate issue statuses to internal stakeholders and agency management.

　　Lead support for system dispatch and hardware problem resolution processes.

　　Isolate and resolve hardware and software issues across various system components.

　　Configure and maintain network components while implementing system enhancements for improved reliability and performance.

　　Seamlessly integrate new technologies into existing systems, ensuring a smooth transition and migration process.

　　Conduct hardware infrastructure site surveys, aiding in planning and design.

　　Provide comprehensive transition planning and support services to expedite delivery timelines and ensure operational continuity during transitions.

　　Your Responsibilities Will Include:

　　Offering guidance to junior technicians and specialists, actively participating in team efforts.

　　Applying advanced concepts and processes to daily activities.

　　Assisting senior-level technicians and managers in their duties.

　　Delivering LAN/WAN services with expanded service support, ensuring 24x7 availability on-site and 12x5 during core hours with on-call support.

　　Requirements:

　　You’ll Bring:

　　Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical Field.

　　4+ years of proven experience as a Network Administrator.

　　DoD 8140.01 and 8570.01-M, IAT II required.

　　Proficiency in cable infrastructure management, installation, and termination.

　　Expertise in managing IT network infrastructure and recommending hardware and equipment upgrades.

　　Experience in equipment rack installation within various environments.

　　TS/SCI Security Clearance (US Citizenship required).

　　Bonus Qualifications:

　　Master’s Degree.
