Netsuite Administrator / Functional Consultant

　　Entravision Communications Corporation (NYSE: EVC) is a diversified global media, marketing and technology company serving clients throughout the United States and in fast growing population centers in more than 40 countries on four continents. We are seeking a Netsuite Administrator to join our team. The primary function of the role is Functional, working with the Global Finance team to facilitate the translation of business needs into digital processes through the planning, deployment, and support of Netsuite.

　　Responsibilities include:

　　Netsuite configuration and management, including staging and testing of new releases and customizations, and maintaining documentation for applications, processes, and procedures.

　　Contribute to improvements of operational business systems and processes in relation to the use of Netsuite to support business growth and efficiency.

　　Work with department managers and internal teams to analyze and resolve problems associated with technical issues.

　　Perform incident management and response procedures to ensure all incidents are addressed appropriately.

　　Manages end user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

　　  Required Qualifications:

　　2+ years of admin experience with NetSuite.

　　A resourceful, motivated self-starter with the ability to complete work independently and on time.

　　Strong verbal and written communications skills in both Spanish and English.

　　Ability to learn new technologies to implement and support in a dynamic environment.

　　A proactive team-player with the ability to multitask, think creatively, and learn quickly in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

　　The willingness to both offer, and receive, constructive feedback.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Demonstrated experience with multiple SaaS platforms preferred.

　　Accounting / Finance Experience a huge plus
