　　Essential Responsibilities:

　　自身の経験を活かして、チームメンバーに影響力を発揮し営業活動に貢献する

　　Imaging組織や全社の方針、イニシアチブを理解し、Modality Leaderと共に推進する

　　クラスルーム、オンサイトを含む顧客に対する製品トレーニングの効果的な実施をする

　　適切なフォローアップや電話を通してのコール対応,、MSS/ISSやサービスと協力してのCS問題解決、ユーザーズミーティング等を通して、インストールベースの顧客満足に貢献する

　　インストールベース顧客の要望を吸い上げ、開発へのタイムリーなフィードバックを行う

　　MSS、Modality Managerと協力し、自モダリティメンバーの技術的、臨床的専門性の最大化に貢献する

　　MSS、ISS、Region Product Manager,Clinical Leaderと協力し、新製品導入のスムーズな立ち上げに貢献する

　　重点インストールベース顧客へのサポートによる自社製品の評判向上や、製品デモンストレーション・プレゼンテーション等により自モダリティ製品の販売促進に貢献する

　　必要に応じてジョブミーティングに参加し、アプリケーションの立場から顧客ニーズの把握,差別化等に貢献する

　　インストールベース顧客からの画像収集等を通じて、プロダクトマーケティングやフィールドマーケティングとともに、効果的なセールスツールの作成やその使用、セミナーを通して市場でNPIインパクトの最大化に貢献する

　　医療系学会,技術大会にて会社を代表、,製品・ソリューション、会社を宣伝する

　　One GEHCとして、超音波、PCS、SVを含む社内メンバーと協力し、顧客に対するソリューション活動に貢献する

　　Qualifications/Requirements:

　　担当モダリティに関して技師の経験,あるいはアプリケーションスペシャリストとしての経験が3年以上あること

　　品質問題等の難しい環境下において、様々な相手とのコミュニケーション経験があること

　　複雑な問題の本質を把握し、ポイントをシンプルに伝えられるコミュニケーション能力があること

　　担当地域内を出張が可能であること

　　業務上の車を運転する場合については,必要な範囲において,運転記録の調査に従うこと
