Description

　　Robert Half is looking for Member Services Generalists to join the onsite branch operations team at various bank locations in the Cecil County and Harford County area.

　　These roles sit 100% on site at their designated branch where they will be responsible for assisting with the day to day branch operations and all customer service related transactions including account management/maintenance, membership development, quality control, teller services/cash handling, loan services, and sales etc. There is a ton of room for growth and upward mobility into leadership roles or other areas of the business over time.

　　Will work standard banking hours during the week (Mon-Thurs 8:30-5:30PM and Fri 9-6PM). Saturday work hours are required at least 2 times per month (8:30-1PM). This is an hourly position with the opportunity to earn sales incentives for upselling banking services to customers. Company offers competitive benefits package.

　　Requirements

　　Must be able to pass a background and credit check, as well as provide proof of employment for the last 5 years.

　　Must have 1-3 years of true cash handling and customer service experience within the banking/financial services industry.

　　Must have sales experience where there were KPI’s and metrics to meet in some capacity.

　　Go-getter, driven, and hard working; Strong communication skills, positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and customer service oriented; Team player that thrives wearing many hats in a fast-paced environment; Organized with a high attention to detail; Strong business acumen and level of professionalism.

　　Ability to work 100% on site at the branch and required hours.
