Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

As our Aquatics Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our program's success! You'll:

Lead with passion and ensure our brand and safety standards are upheld.

Inspire and develop our instructor team through training and coaching.

Build lasting relationships with our valued customers.

Dive into teaching when needed, sharing your expertise.

Maintain meticulous records and ensure compliance with certifications.

Be ready to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, mornings, and evenings.

Be a role model of the British Swim School brand.

Your Superpowers (Minimum Qualifications):

High School diploma or equivalent.

Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

1-3 years of management experience.

Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications):

1+ years of customer service and/or management experience.

Swimming and fitness teaching/management experience.

Specialized aquatics qualifications.

Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, and CPO certifications (don't worry, we can help you get them!).

Experience with children.

Compensation: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour

While we teach swimming to people of all ages and abilities, most of our students are preschool and elementary-aged kids. Our instructors should like working with this age group and be good at making parents feel comfortable. It's helpful if you have experience with children or in a child-focused job, but it's not required if you can show the right attitude. The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach.

We also have exciting opportunities with our Customer Service Team, even if you're not in the pool. These are the people committed to providing the best service in the industry. In these roles, you might talk to parents on the phone or by the pool. Wherever you are, the aim is to make everyone feel like part of the British Swim School Family as we focus on ensuring the “Survival of the Littlest.”
