  As a member of the Medicare Stars Member Experience team, the Manager of Business Consultation is responsible for optimizing Medicare Advantage member journey through process improvement, engagement campaigns, and program development with the goal of improving Medicare Star Ratings.

  Responsibilities include developing and managing initiatives focused on improving the consumer experience within our health and prescription drug plans as measured by CAHPS, NPS, member retention, and other key indicators of member experience. The role is responsible for all aspects of driving collaborative decision-making and implementation of actions supporting broad-based, regional, and local actions to maximize Medicare member experience and engagement for the enterprise.

  Required Qualifications3+ years experience in managed care operations in a rotational leadership role, consulting, program management, project management, business process consulting, or IT business analysisExperience with cross-functional mid-to-large scale initiatives with a high degree of complexityAbility to work with data to build/present a business case and demonstrate the investment value post-implementationPreferred Qualifications

  Individuals applying should have a diverse background in managed care or patient experience, demonstrate strong collaboration skills, have a results-driven background, experience using data to develop business cases, and demonstrated a proactive leadership style

  Education

  Bachelor's degree preferred

  Pay Range

  The typical pay range for this role is:

  $79,200.00 - $170,800.00

  This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
