  Hours : 8am-5:30pm M-F (training), 3 days/week (once trained)

  Pay : $16-$18/hr

  Position Type: Temporary (through Feb)

  Location : Gillette, WY 82718

  Responsibilities

  Greeting and admitting patients, answering the switchboard, assembling patient charts

  Creating and updating patient demographic and insurance information in computer system

  Verifying and analyzing health insurance benefits

  Explaining payment policies and billing/collections processes

  Posting, accepting, and balancing cash drawer

  Scheduling follow-up appointments

  Maintaining a clean work environment

  Qualifications

  HS Diploma or GED

  Computer savviness

  Medical receptionist, front desk, and/or data entry experience

  Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

  Customer service oriented mindset

  Ability to do simple math

  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
