About Medical Billing Representative

　　CHC Addiction Services is a non-profit social service agency in the Akron area whose mission is to treat, inspire, support and empower individuals and families impacted by the disease of addiction.

　　We are currently looking for a full time Medical Billing Representative to work in our addiction treatment center, Monday through Friday.The Billing Representative's duties will include:

　　Intake admissionsWork claim denialsProcess corrected claimsWork with payers to resolve unpaid claims and ensure reimbursement of highest allowable revenue per contractFollow-through on claim statusProblem solvingAccount reconciliationMinimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years in similar position. Must have strong computer skills with knowledge of modern office practices, procedures and equipment and be detail oriented. Must have experience in all facets of Medicare, Medicaid and insurance billing (electronic).
