Mechanical Breakdown Adjuster
The Opportunity: Utilize standardized procedures in adjudicating mechanicalbreakdown claims. Answer telephone calls from repair facilities and customersholding a service contract or policy to answer questions, givinginstructions and obtaining information to complete the claims adjudicationprocess. Determine if there is coverage in adjusting a claim by using andinterpreting the terms and conditions of a service contract or policy. Ensurethe cost effectiveness of adjudicating a claim by being able to negotiateparts and labor and possibly resourcing parts to assist the company in andmeeting our customer needs and our obligations for both our RV and Automobilecustomers.This position is in a call center environment.During training work hours will be 8:00 am to 4:00 pm MT. After traininghours will be 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, or 10:00am to 6:00 pm MT, depending on the business needs. There will beopportunity for earlier shifts depending on performance and business needs.
Location: Greenwood Village, CO or Remote - Colorado
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2-3 days a week in the office)
The hourly range for this role is between $24.00 - $39.75 depending onexperience and location

Determine validity and accuracy of dealer repair orders and loss reports,ensure parts and labor charges are accurate and reasonable
Enter information into claims systems to document the claim properly, verifyparts and labor pricing, and to adjust and settle claims
Respond to customer service inquiries according to the terms and conditions ofthe policy
Provide accurate and timely information to internal and external stakeholdersby utilizing subject matter expertise on the service contracts and policies
Collaborate with team by escalating issues to upper-level claims professionalsto facilitate the accurate assessment of complex issues

High School Diploma/GEDRequired Experience
