CPS (Commercial Products Supply) is a key part of the Advantaged Supply Chain of the Technical Function of The Coca-Cola Company. CPS manufactures concentrates and beverage bases for sale to bottling partners all over the world. This global organization manages a network of 19 manufacturing plants in 18 different countries along with 2 office locations (Atlanta & Drogheda, Ireland).
This role is within the Supply Chain Materials Management team and is responsible for supporting with deep analysis & tools implementation a team of associates located in 4 different countries within EMEA to ensure the smooth supply of ingredients and packaging to all CPS locations, to meet production & sales requirements. The location for this position is flexible within CPS EMEA.

Review & Optimize Raw Materials Stock Policy
Perform Supply Continuity related Analysis
Support on Supply Chain improvement initiatives
Ensure MM standards review & improvement
Develop & improve the tools for Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Coordinate MM Performance & Productivity Improvement initiatives
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Coordinate UISS & BCP raw materials
Manage all UISS ingredients routines for all the plants in that region to ensure compliance with UISS strategy and policy.
Report UISS metrics with the required frequency
Be the key point of contact with global UISS/BCP lead for MM function
Review & Optimize Raw Materials Stock Policy
Review Stock policy (in interface with plant inventory specialists)
Make recommendations on stock optimisation plans
Train the team on Planning parameters & Stock strategies
Monitor stock policy conformance vs standards
Perform Supply Continuity related Analysis
Critical Supply Continuity analysis (missing volume, trend... )
Contract status routines preparation & coordination
Supply Planning Scenario
Missing Ingredients trend analysis & related improvement plans (Dashboard, monthly review, action plan)
Support on Supply Chain improvement initiatives ex; pack size changes, global standardisation projects...
Ensure MM standards review & improvement
Develop & improve the tools for Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Support MM Performance & Productivity Improvement initiatives
Pricing & Contract update/ Vendor Master Data/ Blocked invoices management
