Description:
-Performs production planning on a daily basis and monthly scheduling to maximize equipment efficiencies.
-Entering sales orders and subsequent changes to guarantee the delivery of customer requirements.
-Purchase Raw Materials needed by production department to manufacture quality containers efficiently.
-Supervise and assist with inventory control through cycle counting, production scheduling, and warehousing.
Schedule: 7AM- 4PM Mon – Friday 40 hours a week can work overtime but rare.
Looking for someone wo can multi task and ensure projects and tasks are being completed.
you have to be able to understand plant operations and be able to take constructive criticism.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or higher is needed, Can have equivalent time in experience as well.
Day to Day: They are touching base with material manager daily to understand scheduling and to understand products. They will be looking at projections for the week to do orders for customer orders, scheduling, working with the supply chain. They will be reviewing orders and planning any changes for customers, purchasing raw materials based on customers for that week. Its week by week basis, wants someone who understands what is in inventory, prepare scheduling for cycle counting or inventory. They will be working with material manager and do buying with customer’s needs in mind. They will be collaborating with warehouse. Facilitating with warehouse for schedules change, writing up the orders, a lot of administration 80% of time. They don’t go into warehouse but they do sit in office with a big tv in it that shows them what orders are going where.
