Marketing Manager, Nike Collaborations – Southeast Asia & India
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Nike Southeast Asia & India is hiring for a Marketing Manager, Nike Collaborations based in Singapore to support our Southeast Asia & India (SEA&I) Collaborations team: Nike’s Marketing team responsible for the output of all projects involving our collaborations in fashion, design, entertainment, music, art and more. You will have the opportunity to drive progressive, creative marketing plans with internal and external collaborators to push the boundaries of creativity and sport.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
You will be part of the Nike Southeast Asia & India Collaborations Brand Management function, reporting directly to the Asia Pacific Latin America geography Collaborations Brand Management Senior Director. In this role your core duties will include creating visionary marketing concepts and narratives for the SEA&I audience that push the boundaries of creativity and sport and advance the notion of sport culture in SEA&I, permeating visionary citizens throughout the globe. You will also drive planning and execution of identified Collaboration product marketing concepts with internal stakeholders and external collaborators. You will drive integration with NHBD and SNKRS to ensure the Collaboration product informs the NHBD and SNKRS journey. You will gather structured and continuous visionary consumer insights to allow us to better serve visionary members in SEA&I, and to feed back to the Asia Pacific Latin America geography and Global teams in order to help longer-term and seasonal concepts. You will also identify and talent scout the next generation of cultural leaders in SEAI.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
In this role, you will work with the Collaborations Brand Management teams across Southeast Asia & India territory team, Asia Pacific Latin America geography team and Global team.
You will work cross functionally in the Singapore office, with key partners such as NBHD and SNKRS, sports marketing, brand creative and communications, aligning on roles and responsibilities to bring your visionary concepts to life. You will also build strong external relationships with key collaborators in your marketplace. The shape of your day-to-day work will vary significantly, and therefore your style and influence will have to adapt accordingly. You must be consistently collaborative and open to the opinions and expertise of those you engage with.
WHAT YOU BRING
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in brand management, ideally with a strong focus on cross functional marketing.
Prior marketing experience in Southeast Asia & India markets and a demonstrable understanding of the visionary consumer, the marketplace and Nike’s position within it
A proven track record of marketing experience, working with or in cultural industries generating influential global outcomes is a plus but not required.
Prior execution of cross functional brand campaigns
Proven experience identifying, owning, and managing external relationships with thought leaders in SEAI aligned to Nike’s strategic objectives
A desire & willingness to adapt in an agile fashion to our visionary consumers’ and organization's needs to deepen our relationships with members
Proficiency in English and one of the Southeast Asia & India local languages
