As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in amplifying our mission by creating and implementing effective marketing strategies. The focus of this role is to build and maintain strong connections with urban youth, engaging them through various channels and platforms. Social media management will be a key component of this position, requiring creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of our target audience. Though experience is ideal, we will certainly consider applicants who are in school pursuing a path in Marketing and/or Communications. Qualifications:

　　Monitor social media trends and implement innovative approaches to maximize online visibility.

　　Audience Engagement:

　　Foster meaningful connections with our online community.

　　Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

　　Content Creation:

　　Generate creative and impactful content that aligns with our mission and resonates with our community.

　　Collaborate with program teams to showcase success stories, achievements, and the positive impact of our organization.

　　Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials.

　　Trend Monitoring:

　　Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.

　　Propose and implement innovative ideas to enhance our online presence.
