About Program Performance & Planning
The Program Performance and Planning (PPP) group advances a culture of learning, strategic program development, and data-driven performance management in pursuit of the agency’s mission and vision, which is make a life-altering difference with children, youth and families affected by abuse, neglect and delinquency by providing each child we serve with a strong foundation for life: a safe, loving, permanent family and the opportunity and preparation to thrive in school and in the world. PPP partners with program managers to select and develop new interventions, analyze and interpret data, assess model fidelity and program effectiveness, train and coach staff, and develop program resources.
About the Position
The PPP branch seeks a Part Time Case Record Reviewer to support our Preventive and/or Foster Care programs through case record reviews to assess model fidelity to Solution Based Casework (SBC) and the quality of our practice. The ideal candidate will have detailed knowledge of preventive and foster care as well as a general knowledge of Solution Based Casework.
Responsibilities:
Complete preventive and/or foster care case record reviews with a focus on Solution Based Casework, safety and risk and supervisory guidance.
Report back to foster care and/or preventive directors, Vice President of Foster Care, Adoption and Prevention and Senior Manager of Program Development & Analytics on any areas to celebrate and areas of concerns and needing immediate follow-up.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and minimum 1 year of related experience
Experience with NYC child welfare programs and ACS requirements
Basic knowledge of Solution Based Casework

Location Remote, with occasional in-person meetings in Brooklyn, Manhattan, or the Bronx
