Description:
Support the system owner as needed in the design, development, and qualification of manufacturing execution systems. . Configure and maintain system masterdata for new and existing clinical programs. . Support the rollout of MES software by updating relevant documentation, end user training, and managing user accounts. . Provide MES support for production that includes hours outside of normal business hours. (weekends, holidays, nights and on call) . Willingness to learn GxP systems in addition to MES, such as Laboratory Information Management Systems. The individual in this role will be managing errors on the production floor (training will be provided) Helping to solve errors and come up with basic solutions for technicians Managing electronics batch records Monitoring process through slack
