We partner with variety of teams such as tax planning, Engineering and Product Team.

As a Program Manager in the PCTS team you’ll lead and support process improvement initiatives within our PCTS PM platform and set the bar for our team of project managers. You’ll manage 3+ individuals and simplify complex concepts, overcome obstacles and drive balanced decision making for action, as well as deploy good judgement in managing competing and conflicting priorities. Its crucial to identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks.

Your goal will be to deliver on platform projects supporting our product strategy, including automated solutions, Machine Learning and Tooling. This role requires provision of valuable insight to drive the continuous improvement in how we operate and deliver for our customers. Daily tasks include communication to Senior Management on status, risks and process/product changes, with flexibility and agility in your approach, and the set up and review of project plans to report on impacts of your team's initiatives according to established goals.
