The salary range for this role is $88,000 - $121,000/year + Bonus
As a Manager, Numerator Surveys, you’ll play a critical role in the survey business, combining leadership skills, business development savvy and strategic research expertise to shape and grow revenue with existing and new clients. You will act as a senior lead for complex research projects, supervising team members on projects and managing important conversations regarding project design, analysis, and unexpected challenges with the client. With your guidance, your team will provide best-in-class service, consultation, execution, and analysis of survey data, present powerful recommendations, and connect to the broader Numerator organization to constantly reinforce that our services are a must-have for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Acts as a strategic leader for a large client relationship and project teams – you will consider the implications of actions, identify opportunities and risks, and act accordingly.
You will strive to balance meeting client needs while achieving the optimal business outcome for Numerator.
Oversee research, spanning from the initial proposal and cost estimation to study design, questionnaire creation, data analysis, interpretation of results and the production of final material and recommendations.
Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to effectively delegate and manage work, keen attention to detail, and commitment to the accuracy of deliverables.
Business-focused mindset, with an ability to deliver impactful conclusions and recommendations.
Experience with CPG clients/research.
Capable of overseeing multiple projects at any given time.
Adept in client relationship building.
Experience in mentoring or managing others.
A creative problem solver who naturally approaches challenges with curiosity and analytical thinking.
Experience with panel data (preferred but not required).
Experience with proposal writing/research/design.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a dispersed team environment.
Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Travel, as required, to support the above responsibilities.
Minimum of 7-10 years of research experience, with most on the supplier side.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Preferred qualifications (not required):
Experienced in key quantitative methodologies for Numerator, including segmentations, market landscapes, demand landscapes, etc.What we offer you
