　　2017年9月20日に、Amazon.co.jpは、法人・個人事業主のお客様向けに、B2Bビジネスとして、「Amazon Business」をスタートしました。

　　「Amazon Business」において、既存の出品事業者に向けたMarketing活動の推進、ならびに、各種B2B programの推進、改善を担うチームのリーダーを募集します。

　　[業務内容]

　　Amazon Businessの既存事業者に向けての、マーケティング戦略の立案チームの年間マーケティング目標を規定し、その達成のための戦略を立てます。その戦略は、論理的、効果的、効率的、現実的であることが求められています。

　　マーケティング戦略に基づいたアクションプランの策定、その進捗の管理マーケティング戦略に基づいて、迅速に日々の活動を行い、仮説検証を行いながら、内容を改善し、チームとして結果を出すことが求められています。 そのために、結果を最大化するためのメカニズムの構築、きめ細やかな進捗管理のための仕組みづくりが求められます。

　　Amazon Business向けプログラムの推進と改善策定された年間計画に基づき、導入されているAmazon Business向けプログラムに対して、様々な既存出品事業者のニーズを深く理解します。さらに、その声に基づいて、国内外のステークホルダーにその改善をリーダーとして促し、Amazon Business全体の成長を促進していく役割を担うことが求められます。

　　Amazon Business is one of the strategic growth pillars for Amazon Japan Marketplace business. It was launched in 2017 as B2B business in Amazon Japan Marketplace, and is one of the fastest growth business segment in Amazon Japan. This role, Manager of Marketing and Program for Amazon Business is required to lead the team of Marketing and Program management for entire Amazon Business team. The scope of role includes marketing strategy development to motivate Sellers to accelerate their B2B business in Amazon, set the right goals for the team, track them with mechanism, improve efficiency and deliver results while managing talent development. This role also requires to manage launched programs for B2B business, understand Seller needs with deep insight, and continuously improve its execution for Seller Experiences, working closely with internal stakeholders including Product Management team and Account Management team.

　　Basic Qualifications

　　5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

　　5+ years of team management experience

　　5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience

　　5+ years of program or project management experience

　　Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

　　Preferred Qualifications
