  As a Manager, Internal Communications, you will be responsible for internal communication projects across a variety of functions as assigned through intake - scope will include messaging across multiple functions: create and edit, task/awareness, messaging copy, provide channel counsel, inform communication strategies, design creative internal assets, understand channel use and data to counsel. You will be focused on associate facing messaging, executive communications, and overseeing the development and enhancement for all internal digital channels used to communicate to associates.

  This role will be in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, a typical day will include:Creating and distributing internal messaging (e.g., Intranet content, announcements, speeches, newsletters, internal social media communication, etc.)Understanding messaging performance analytics and demonstrating data to make decisions about how, when and who to messageAct as editor for local and global audiences, creative writer for newsletter content and editor and content owner in partnership with Associate Director, Digital Channel Execution.Track and report performance metrics and counsel clients for improved engagement outcomesAct as a co-leader within the Global Communications Network, in partnership with other assigned Corporate Affairs team members.Preparing executives for internal and external events in partnership with the Corporate Communications teamProvide strategic and executional support for members of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) as assigned.Scope of ELT support work will include messaging strategy and support, communication plan creation and deploymentScope of functional support will include content creation, planning, strategy and creative design and deployment of contentWhat You'll Bring To Alcon:
