The ideal candidate has experience managing global projects/programs; developing, monitoring, and reporting project/program health metrics; leading cross-functional teams; developing & implementing change management plans; training and mentoring performance; and driving process improvements. You will be responsible for organizing and managing continuous improvement and automation initiatives and play a significant role in developing, driving and managing scalable, data-driven processes.

　　Basic Qualifications

　　5+ years of experience working directly with engineering and science teams.

　　3+ years of technical program management experience.

　　Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Experience with data collection, storage, and annotation methods for ML products.

　　Successful track record of coordinating between multiple project stakeholders, technical program managers, and software development teams.

　　Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $130,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $254,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
