About the Role: The Manager, Business Planning & Strategy, is responsible for execution of strategies to drive growth, which will include prioritizing and overseeing key projects. This role is all about working cross-functionally and leading with influence, and as such: Key Accountabilities are to: Work with Global Print President and broader leadership team to support the creation of quarterly business reviews and other key presentations. Work with Sr leadership to establish and track short and long-term goals and deliverables for Global Print. Partner with Product Marketing and Corporate strategy to carry out complex research and analysis of key professional and commercial printing market initiatives (i.e. ESG). Lead cross-functional deep-dive workstreams to quickly identify and execute on needed actions in areas of top need across Global Print. Lead a team of PMOs for each Global Print region gives direction and prioritization support to align with overall segment OKRs and goals. Coordinate with Global Print leadership, specifically GTM Lead and Manufacturing Lead to deliver trends across markets and regions to help inform specific GTM initiatives. Lead Global Print effort around innovation, including leading the Global Print Innovation team and oversee the execution of identified innovation projects across the segment. About You: Bachelor degree required with 5+ years of professional experience in a related field including Business and/or Commercial Strategy, Finance, Business Operations and Project Management. Demonstrated experiences facilitating and driving projects from identification, solutioning, execution and measurement/ tracking. Excellent analytical skills, ability to find insights within large sets of data quickly. Effective multi-tasker, with ability to self-manage projects, prioritization and decision making. Strong ability to influence across levels and functional teams. Demonstrated curiosity through project experiences that highlight creative problem solving. What's in it for you!
