  *Uncapped commissions, estimated OTE=$170k

  Remote opportunity. Candidates must reside in the Greater New Orleans area, for local travel, to client sites, as needed.

  Key Responsibilities:

  Prospect new business, upsell, and cross-sell within our extensive install base.

  Support and grow commercial and local government accounts.

  Drive sales growth of new and existing accounts and installations.

  Solve client's business challenges through consultative sales, offering relevant software, hardware, SAAS subscription services, and professional services.

  Qualities That Define You:

  Minimum two years of successful B2B sales experience.

  Experience in selling to commercial and government agencies (willing to train) .

  Proven success in developing new logos and penetrating new accounts.

  History of successful sales in multi-location, solutions-based software, hardware, and services.

  Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

  Effective communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, presentation).

  Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, as well as CRM systems.

  Strong contract database administration experience.

  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple activities and short turn-around times.

  Effective interaction with "C-Suite" level and "influencers" of the organization.

  This position has a target base salary of:

  $50,000.00

  and annual commission target of:

  $96,720.00

  Quadient, Inc. has target base salary and target incentive compensation for our sales roles, that are based on function, level, and scope. To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share these targets on all job postings . Final base and incentive offers are determined by multiple factors, which may include (but are not limited to) geographic location and candidate experience and expertise. As such, they may vary from the targets listed.
