  Your Day to Day-Identify and repair mechanical, minor electrical, HVAC and Refrigerationdefects.-Coordinate and prioritize assigned daily workload for Maintenance Shift Team-Effectively complete PM's as scheduled to eliminate unplanned downtime.-Participate in RCA on equipment and process failures to provide insight tofailure and suggest corrective actions-Mentor junior technicians on maintenance practices and all technicaldisciplines needed in order to be successful as a technician-Work Well in a team environment and understand the team is stronger as aunified group vs a team of individuals.-Utilize the continuous improvement mindset and tools to actively participatein identifying and correcting opportunities, improving processes includingparticipation in the creation and documentation of Standard Operating-Procedures and Work Instructions, the creation and maintenance ofpreventative maintenance standards, the writing of One Point Lessons, andparticipation in continuous improvement methodology events.-Train operators on maintenance techniques when called to troubleshoot orrepair equipment.-Completes preventative maintenance and other reliability tasks, assist indiagnostics, repairs and rebuilds of machines; partner with engineering orothers on non-routine repairs and defect handling solutions-Understands the management of Quality Systems and is familiar with SQF,HACCP, and GMP practices which help ensure the safety within the workplaceand the production of a safe and quality product(s)-Will perform other duties as required by supervisor and reporting structure-Document all Maintenance work activity within CMMS Emaint System.-Effectively support the Preventative Maintenance (PM) program with a goalof continually reducing unscheduled downtime.

  What You Bring to the Team-10+ industrial Mechanical experience or two-year technical degree preferred-Must be able to read, write and speak English, preferred if can read,write and speak English and Spanish.-Must be able to successfully complete HACCP Certification-Must have Forklift Licensefundamental understanding of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic schematicsand mechanical drawings in order to solve problems in a timely manner at thecomponent level on all assigned equipment.-Must be able to troubleshoot and repair semi complex mechanical machinery toinclude pumps, fans, ovens, control valves, pneumatic controls andhydraulic systems.-Must have experience with Fanuc, ABB Robotics troubleshooting andadjustments.-MIG / TIG / SMAW Welding Ability for repairs-Must be able to Lead layout and installation of piping for water, gas,and pneumatics-Must have own tools (Required Tool List will be provided)-Must have a flexible schedule-Must be willing to work overtime including weekends if necessary-Ex erience with Rigging and lifting of mechanical equipment
