　　We have a fantastic opportunity for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our Digital Media division based in Bucharest.

　　What you'll Do

　　Transform requirements into architectural and feature specs

　　Drive one or more features

　　Develop high-performance, reliable, testable and maintainable code

　　Identify internal/outside technologies and when/how to use them

　　Grow with the support of your team, and help others on the team grow by providing thoughtful feedback and uplifting those around you

　　Work well both independently and collaboratively within a fast paced development team

　　Demonstrate features, propose and review technical solutions

　　Collaborate with multi-functional teams to integrate AI/ML components into existing software systems and ensure seamless functionality and performance

　　Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, revie code, and ensuring alignment to best practices in software development and AI/ML engineering.

　　Monitor and optimize the performance of AI/ML systems, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions for scalability and efficiency improvements.

　　What you need to succeed

　　B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent

　　6+ years of experience or equivalent knowledge

　　Strong skills and development experience with C++, Java or Javascript

　　Very good knowledge of design patterns, data structures and algorithms

　　Good understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques, with practical experience in developing and deploying ML models.

　　Familiarity with recommendation models.

　　Background with the latest development of transformer models (GPT, BERT, BART, ROBERTA) is a plus

　　Experience with machine learning frameworks(Pytorch, TensorFlow or Jax) is a plus

　　Proficiency in English, both writing and speaking
