Kelly's hiring! Our client, located in Thorold is looking to hire a full-time permanent experienced Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant that is energetic, self-starter with a strong business acumen and analytical skills to assist with the Executive’s activities for the retail and wholesale companies.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Calendar management and travel arrangements
Coordinate logistics of meetings, special projects and events for business and personal
Complete expense reports, process invoices and other related duties
Prepare, review, and assist in presentations and reports when necessary
Required Experience/Skills:
Must have 3-5 years of administrative experience supporting senior leaders/executives
Proficient with MS Office Suite and strong knowledge and understanding of modern technology
Carefully follows verbal direction requiring action, and executing with minimal supervision
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Discretion and integrity, passion and compassion, project management skills and planning
Professional approach and the ability to establish and maintain strong interpersonal relationships is necessary
Ability to accept constructive criticism and be part of a team
Curiosity in making a difference and Having fun!!!
