　　Maple City Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is currently seeking weekend baylor LPNs. The Weekend Baylor LPN will work two consecutive 16 hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday and be paid for full time.

　　LPN Duties Include (under the supervision of a Doctor or RN):

　　Monitoring patient's health condition.

　　Catering to hygiene needs of the patient.

　　Assistance in patient's medical examination.

　　Guiding patient's family for patient's aftercare.

　　Supervises CNAs.

　　Requirements Include:

　　Current and valid NY LPN License

　　Experience in a Nursing Home or Hospital

　　Good Customer Service Skills
