Responsibilities Evaluates/assess documents, directs and provides nursing care. Communicates status changes to family members or responsible party. Informs house supervisor and medical provider of changes or needs. Performs all duties consistent with Quality Standards and infection Control practices. Performs all job functions within State and Federal Regulations.
