Description

　　Robert Half is seeking a Legal Receptionist candidate for an opportunity in Fort Collins, CO.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

　　Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel

　　Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages

　　Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

　　Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　High school diploma or equivalent

　　Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a legal setting

　　Strong communication and interpersonal skills

　　Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

　　Organized and detail-oriented
