Description
As a Project Manager Administrator, you will be instrumental to effectively managing the OCG Project Portfolio. Your main responsibility will be assisting the Portfolio and Program Managers in the governance activities of the portfolio and you will regularly interact with senior management, project managers and other business partners. You will be part of a team committed to delivering operational excellence.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide input into the ongoing development and implementation of a Portfolio Management application and process
Manage demand intake by understanding initial request and obtain additional information required for triage discussions
Prepare Portfolio Management meeting agenda and document takeaways
Facilitate Portfolio Management meetings
Prepare and distribute portfolio reports and materials
Participate in business process re-engineering sessions and document requirements
Execute initiatives oriented to the portfolio governance
Organization Description
In-House Legal Services team supports each of the Practice Groups within the Legal Department based on the needs of each team. This includes but is not limited to Corporate Governance and Legal Entity Management, Legal Support, Global Filings, Board, Committee and Shareholder logistical support, Vendor Management, Data Management and Governance, Administrative support as well as Strategic Planning, Program/Project Management and Risk and Controls.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have basic project management experience, must be organized and detailed oriented, should be proactive and a technology enthusiast. The successful candidate must also be able to communicate verbally and in writing, effectively
Must have 1-2 years proven project management experience
Detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Pragmatic and enthusiastic with a proactive, self-motivated positive attitude
Intermediate skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Project.
Experience using ServiceNow and SharePoint based application is a plus
