  Job Description:

  The Role

  You will work as a senior member of the Sales/RM Learning & Engagement (L&E) team. This role is responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs aimed at enhancing the Salesforce skills of our RM and Sales associates across our Client Relationship Group (CRG). This role will be pivotal in enabling our team to maximize the potential of Salesforce! This role will work with key stakeholders across the Institutional Wealth Management Services (IWMS) organization, the Salesforce squads and within the L&E team to manage work intake, training, and reinforcement of CRM best practices. Your ability to develop and customize Salesforce training programs to align with the specific needs and goals of segment teams will be a critical component of this role. In addition, your willingness to evaluate the efficiency of the training through assessment and feedback mechanisms will help ensure we are hitting the mark.

  The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  Excellent presentation and communication skillsSalesforce certification(s) is a strong asset (e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud consultant)Proven experience as a Salesforce Trainer or similar roleStrong understanding of sales processes and CRM principlesProficiency in Salesforce CRM and associated toolsAbility to adapt training methods to various learning stylesProven ability to work well on a cross-functional team and partnering with senior leaders to drive success across the organizationExceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with a dedication to accuracyFINRA Series 7 and 63 required or obtained within 90 days

  The Sales/RM Learning and Engagement team is instrumental in ensuring that the Fidelity Institutional Client Relationship Group has the knowledge and skills vital to execute on the goals set forth by the business. Our primary focus is supporting the organization from a sales training perspective. Our ability to anticipate business needs and build scalable solutions to enable our sales and relationship management teams is what sets our team apart.
