Responsibilities :
Be a driving force behind enhancing our Learning Management System to create an optimal and positive user experience.
Take pride in supporting all aspects of Product ownership, from process design to managing vendor relationships.
Play a crucial role in project management, overseeing work organization, tracking, and driving initiatives to success.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify ways to improve the usability of SUMMIT, focusing on administrators and learners.
Lead, organize, and report on the status of projects while escalating priorities to ensure efficient progress.
Provide regular product status updates and operational reporting for leadership.
Gather valuable user feedback through testing, surveys, and the voice of the customer.
Design and consult on product solutions to meet business and compliance requirements in the learning and HR domains.
Contribute to the Digital HR product roadmap by building strong relationships with stakeholders and translating business needs into system enhancements.
Recommend system features and solutions while gaining alignment among stakeholders.
Foster an employee-centric focus for the best experience, collaborating with technology and service delivery teams.
Qualifications
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Information Sciences or a related field (Preferred)
Minimum of three years of experience in the digital learning space (Required)
Experience with Learning Management Systems or Learning Experience Platforms (Required)
Strong project leadership and independence (Required)
Experience with GxP/Quality Systems or organizations (Preferred)
Proven track record in successfully delivering digital and automation products/tools
Excellent written and presentation skills
Strong data analytic and Power BI tool proficiency
Outstanding communication skills and the ability to influence peers
A continuous improvement mindset
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with various HR systems (Workday, Cornerstone, SAP)
Proficiency with Reporting or Analytics platforms
Experience with SaaS implementation and maintenance
Project Management experience
Agile or Scrum Training/Certification
Design Thinking Training
