  This is a highly visible global compensation role responsible for analytical, technical and general professional level support within the Global Compensation function. We are looking for an energetic team player with high attention to detail who enjoys working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

  As a Lead Compensation Analyst reporting to the Director, Global Compensation, you will act as a trusted advisor and business partner to one or more departments, conduct competitive market analyses, project management of compensation initiatives and participate in supporting corporate-wide compensation programs.

  Act as a trusted advisor and business partner to manage, consult and resolve complex business issues for one or more functions.

  Partner with Recruiting, P&C Business Partners and Hiring Managers to deliver competitive and equitable compensation packages through creative and strategic guidance.

  Use exceptional analytical capabilities and experience synthesizing large data sets to produce accurate compensation models.

  Understand and be fully versed in global technical solutions and competitive market practices.

  Participate in the creation of resources and tools to improve understanding of competitive labor market and industry trends.

  Lead and project manage company compensation programs in partnership with P&C Business Partners.

  Maintain accurate data and job matches in our market pricing database (Payfactors).

  Prepare statistical data and reports concerning compensation activities, programs or results.

  Qualifications

  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

  Extensive experience in compensation or combined compensation/financial analysis background.

  Ability to analyze and recommend solutions based on available data.

  Highly developed interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain, influence, listen, instruct, give clear feedback, and ask good questions.

  Must have an outstanding attention to detail, analytical thinking, organized and capable of prioritizing work in a fast-moving environment.

  Innovative thinking and problem solver.

  Strong team player that has a customer service approach and is solution oriented.

  Experience with compensation design and execution globally and in emerging geographical markets is a significant plus.

  Collaborative team player with the ability to effectively interact with multiple working styles as well as work across all levels.

  Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as ability to create and deliver high quality finished work product.

  Must have demonstrated proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and market pricing applications and experience with HRIS applications. Experience using Payfactors and SAP preferred.

  We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages. Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is €70,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
