　　Job Overview:

　　Under the direction, often working independently and providing leadership for others. Responsibilities include development/acquisition, maintenance, and/or support of one or more applications in an assigned technology, SAP systems, or functional area (e.g., process simulation, document management, payroll, etc.). Job role contributes directly to value creation. The position is responsible for administration, management, configuration, documentation, Vendor management and end-user support of ERP ECC and S/4 systems. This includes Basis support SAP S/4HANA Cloud , GTS, Solution Manager, Charm, Business Warehouse, Redwood Job scheduler, NW Java systems, Database Administration support and 3rd party systems like OpenText. The position is also responsible for installing, migrating, and upgrading SAP systems. Responsible for developing and maintaining policies and procedures relating to the operation and support of the SAP environment, covering change management, including backup/restore, disaster recovery, and audit.

　　Job Duties:

　　Participate in and provide leadership for analysis leading to requirements/specifications, estimates, and system designs.

　　Performs and oversees programming, quality assurance reviews, documentation, system deployment, training, and project setup/support, often involves performing project setups, analyses, designs, etc., for/with customers.

　　Effectively managing work via the vendors and maintain environment stability with continuous focus on the optimizations.

　　Similar duties are often associated with selecting, acquiring, installing, and configuring applications licensed from third parties, and interacting with vendors is required.

　　Researches and makes recommendations on software technology direction.

　　Supervises others; allocates and monitors work; coordinates similar activities within a functional area. Interprets and applies directions originating at a higher level.

　　Job role has budgetary type of accountabilities or directly impacts a revenue center's viability or its quality of service via personal contributions.

　　15+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration with S/4 HANA system administration

　　Strong hands-on experience in core SAP system administration in production support, installation, upgrade, configuration, integration, and system refreshes

　　Strong skills in S/4 HANA and Oracle DB administration

　　Performance optimization of SAP systems and HANA database

　　Experience in Azure & AWS cloud providers

　　Strong understanding of SAP HANA architecture, administration, builds, upgrades, and performance tuning.

　　SAP HANA database backup and recovery strategies.

　　SAP HANA security best practices and experience implementing security measures.

　　SAP Basis administration and integration with other SAP components.

　　Providing technical expertise on SAP architecture and making recommendations to improve performance

　　Conduct work effort estimation and develop work plans

　　Provide technology and architectural leadership, strategic direction, and long-term vision for the SAP investment

　　Providing technical leadership on upgrades and maintenance planning for SAP applications

　　Experience in managing complex dual landscapes across multiple SAP applications

　　Strong skills in SAP Solution Manager administration and setup (EWA/monitoring)

　　Experience and deep knowledge of SAP system migration (DMO tool) and upgrades.

　　knowledge of SAP NW Java stack administration

　　Experience with SAP and third-party systems running on Linux, Unix Shell scripting

　　Perform system refreshes, client copies, and system upgrades

　　Operating system knowledge of Linux or Unix

　　Implement and maintain high availability and disaster recovery solutions for SAP systems.

　　Troubleshoot integration issues between SAP and third-party applications.

　　Create and maintain documentation for SAP Basis processes and procedures.

　　Collaborate with other IT teams, such as infrastructure, security, and application development.

　　Work closely with SAP functional teams to understand business requirements.

　　Experience in effectively getting work done via vendors and maintain high level of SLAs.

　　Job Qualifications:

　　Completion of an undergraduate degree in CS, MIS, BA or Engineering and 10 years of related experience or through 14 years of experience in Systems Development and/or Applications Support which includes experience in Analysis, Design, Programming, Product Selection, Support and/or Maintenance.

　　Broad knowledge of the applications and work processes in his technology/functional area and is capable of providing leadership, addressing complex tasks, and safeguarding timely project completion and client satisfaction.

　　Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering
